Silvina Munich is Repertoires and Creators Relations Director, International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers.
Silvina is responsible for developing and supporting CISAC’s international creators’ councils and to reinforce the influence of authors in national, regional and international policy-making bodies. CICAC is the world’s leading network of authors’ societies. With 239 member societies in 123 countries, CISAC represents more than 4 million creators from all geographic areas and all artistic repertoires; music, audiovisual, drama, literature and visual arts.
Prior to joining CISAC, Silvina held leadership positions at PEMA Music and Disney and has worked in artist relations, production and copyright since 1990. Silvina holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Cordoba in her native Argentina, a post-graduate diploma in international economic relations and a master of advanced studies (DEA) in Cinema, Television and Audiovisual from the University of Paris – Sorbonne.
